Moving to town we decided that we needed to start going to China Town (we live only a few minutes away) to get our fruits and veggies and a other things. Well it took us a while, but now we go every week, sometimes 2 times. Missing from this picture is 3 bags of mung beans, 3 plums, 2 nectarines, 2 bananas and 4 filipino thingys (we kinda get a little hungry while we are there and eat them before we even get to the car or give them to people).Our kids love to eat the fruit and veggies and it is soooo much cheaper than at the grocery store (this would probaby cost close to $50 at the grocery store....no joke). We are eating healthier and fresher. I love it when the girls go into the fridge and get out broccoli (yes, they love it) or a nectarine or plum...they think it's candy!
I was going to tell you how much everything cost, but decided against it...I want you to guess (that's a way to get some comments)! Whoever guesses right, first, I will do something for you...maybe!

I thought your guess of $50 at the store was cheap. It's expanse to eat healthy. I'll guess $25! oh & yes I want something in return for my 30 seconds of time!

I'm guessing food is about 30% more there! So like milk is about $6-$8 maybe! So what do we win a free trip to Hawaii =)

I am going to guess $20...I Get great fruit...nectarines(5), pears(7), grapes, melon(1 canteloupe) etc..at the 99 cent only stores. Just love the $ stores. Great for finding shampoo, bubble bath and princess things cheap. Maybe one of these days i will go to my farmers market..when i find it.
